Harish Rao says Congress cheated Telangana. Telangana Finance Minister Harish Rao launched a blistering attack on the Congress party. It is known that the ruling BRS party and CM KCR will be celebrating Martyrs Day, paying floral tributes to the people who were martyred fighting for the cause of Telangana.
Telangana CM KCR will be inaugurating the Martyrs Memorial tomorrow 22 June 2023 and will be paying their respects and honoring their family members. In the midst of all this, the Congress party decided to carry out protests against the state in the name of 'Betrayal Day'.
Congress party plans to expose the double standards of CM KCR and the ruling BRS party and how his government betrayed the families and the martyrs promising many things but failing on all fronts. Following this, Harish Rao attacked the Congres party from the beginning and cheated the people of Telangana state.
He said Congress never respected the sentiments of the Telangana people and stayed away from the Telangana movement. Harish Rao said now the Congress party is staying away from the Telangana formation movement. He said " During the Statehood movement, Congress MLAs, MPs, and other elected representatives were just confined to their homes ignoring the sentiments of the people," He said Congress is jealous of the development of Telangana.
