Pradeep Reddy Chinta, YSRCP UK Convenor, and actor Sai Dharam Tej have had an online tussle. It all began with Pradeep Reddy asking the 'Virupaksha' actor about the lack of hygiene in Anna Canteens in Andhra Pradesh under the present government. Sai Tej was tagged because the YSRCP functionary felt taking a swipe at the nephew of Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan makes sense.
The 'Republic' actor deflected the issue by bringing in the Egg Puffs bill controversy, which is a manufactured one in the first place. "Ohhh okay okay, no wonder the EGG PUFFS bill is so high sir,hope you’ve eaten well andi, take care sir," the actor wrote on X.
At this, Pradeep Reddy hit back at Sai Tej by mentioning the minor status of actress Krithi Shetty during the making of 'Uppena', a film starring Sai Tej's brother, Vaisshnav Tej. "I can buy and eat egg puffs myself. I don’t need anyone's help. Thank you. However, I will be very careful to feed any child (girl or a boy) who is a minor as we need to act wisely. Leave alone making them act in romantic scenes with adult content. I practice what I preach," he wrote.
