JSP troopers are over the moon as they tentatively believe based on vague presumptions that the TDP+ alliance is coming to power in Andhra Pradesh. They are of the opinion that the alliance is formidable force and they will certainly form the government in AP.
Even if this belief system is true, what help with the alliance be to Janasena? This is the real question that JSP supporters must ask themselves before wildly celebrating the imaginary win.
Even if TDP+ alliance wins, will Chandrababu offer deputy CM or home minister post to JSP? Will Pawan, who hasn't even stepped inside the assembly be given a portfolio by CBN?
Even if CBN is obliged to give a couple of portfolios to Pawan Kalyan, he would throw them at the TDP leaders who disguised themselves as JSP leaders in the election.
So whatever might be the verdict of the AP elections, JSP will be on the losing side and that is the price the party has to pay for the lack of competitive spirit from Pawan while CBN was arrested. Had Pawan remained firm that day, JSP would have been in number 2 position in AP.
