Slamming the TDP in Tirupati’s Sathyavedu, District Mahila President Borra Madhvi Reddy said, “When TDP was in power, they never introduced any schemes to empower women, and now when CM Jagan is doing so much for us and empowering us socially, financially, and politically the TDP is trying to stall everything! TDP cannot see us happy. TDP has always been partial to women and hasn’t done anything for them. We extend our support to CM Jagan.”
While a majority of participants attacked TDP and exposed how Naidu and Co had always been anti-poor and anti-women, many took to the stage to express their gratitude to CM Jagan for all the revolutionary schemes that he introduced in a bid to empower women. As a gesture of solidarity and affection, many women did pal-abhishekam and tied rakhis to CM Jagan’s cut-outs and thanked him for safeguarding their future, their children’s future, and their family's future.
