Botcha Appalanarasayya enjoys a mass image and significant popularity in the region. He is financially well-off and has strong local ties, bolstered by his family name, which serves as an added advantage in the race.
On the other hand, Kondapalli Srinivas relies on TDP vote bank and JSP support but lacks strong local ties as he is relatively new to the segment.
His chances of winning depend on the anti-YSRCP wave, with his family name providing some added advantage. But his chances are very minimal and the ineffective candidate selection by TDP could come back to haunt the party.
