YCP leader and Chairman of Andhra Pradesh Film Development Corporation chairman, Posani Krishna Murali alleged that the Telugu Desam Party Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu had planned to assassinate the film director Ram Gopal Varma.
“The plan to assassinate Ram Gopal Varma was done under the MahaTV Anil, Rajesh Kilaru. Lokesh had also approved this plan. But in the last minute, it was missed. I was told about this incident by Rajesh Kilaru’s associates only. I will take this issue to the higher officials and initiate a police enquiry,” added Posani Krishna Murali.
He further added that “One should only aim for the defeat of the opponent, but should never kill the opponent. Chandrababu is going to any extent to secure victory in this election. But these murder politics are not a correct option. “
The political atmosphere in Andhra Pradesh is heated up as the date of polling is getting nearer. The state would go for Lok Sabha and legislative elections on May 13, 2024. And the much awaited results would be announced on June 4, 2024.
