Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee chief Sharmila gets the notice from the Election Commission of India for making unsubstantiated remarks against the death of Y S Vivekananda Reddy, while the case is under trail in Kadapa district court.
The EC notice was given after YSRCP leaders Avinash Reddy, Malladi Vishnu
Complained against Sharmila and her remarks. The Andhra EC CEO, MK Meena has asked Sharmila to respond within 48 hours to the EC and give her explanation. EC has warned of taking action against Sharmila if she fails to respond.
Earlier, the Kadapa Court has also barred Sharmila and other opposition parties from making comment about the Y S Vivekananda Reddy murder case.
