It is common for the incumbent government and the sitting CM to face public backlash. After being in power for 5 years, any government or its CM are bound to face negativity from the public. But this anti incumbency is not to be seen in the case of CM Jagan.
For instance, Jagan wrapped up the 4 legs of Siddham meetings, with the final meeting taking place in Mederametla today. This meeting reportedly saw 15 lakh crowds in attendance. In total, the 4 Siddham meetings should have amassed nearly 40 lakh in crowds.
The way in which Jagan countered the possible anti incumbency through the Siddham meetings and activated the YCP cadres at the last moment before the election is a work of art.
Frankly speaking, YCP cadres were in a slight bother three months back with anxiety about the anti incumbency and Chandrababu Naidu on the cusp of materializing the alliance with BJP by hook or crook. But all it took from Jagan was a series of Siddham meetings to counter whatever momentum the opposition had.
These Siddham meetings turned out to be mega successes with humongous crowds in attendance and the way in which CM Jagan meticulously explained the illicit tactics of Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan changed the tide completely.
Thanks to the super successful Siddham campaigns, YCP will start the coming election campaign as the strong favorite to sweep the coming polls.
