Today, the High Court issued a sensational order on the 850 acres of land that the then Chandrababu government was out of order for allotting 850 acres of land to a bogus company.
The judgement saved 850 acres (400 acres belongs university of Hyderabad)of public property which was sold to a firm after 4 days of its floating by then government headed by Sri Chandrababu Naidu. The promoter Billy Rao had no sports background. His firm IMG BHARATA has no links with IMG Florida as stated by AG. It was even proposed to handover 11 stadiums in Hyderabad by paying huge maintenance fee and 5 acres of prime land in Jubilee Hills.
The high court even questioned the government as to why there was no penal action taken on the principal secretary who issued the order and registered 400 acres to IMG BHARATA. The price decided was Rs 25000 to 50000 per acre the price per acre at the relevant point was Rs 13lakhs per acre at that point in time.
With the Chandrababu government doing something so scandalous in Telangana, will the incumbent government commission a CBI investigation on the matter? There could be a huge financial irregularity on the same.
