Since yesterday, TDP has been owning the Kurchi Madatha Petti term. Last night, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu said TDP and Janasainiks will show the meaning of "Kurchini Madatha Petti" to Jagan and his YCP men during the election.
Today, Lokesh enacted the Kuchi Madatha Petti term as he took a chair in his public meeting and brought the term to life with his action. This drew a wild reception from the TDP and JSP leaders in the meeting.
However, the point to be noted here is that Lokesh is not even an MLA. Him throwing "Kurchi Madatha Petti" warnings to CM Jagan and making silly challenges just for the sake of claps and cheers from his party men has led to laughs.
Moreover, a senior leader and ex CM like Chandra Babu using such slurs in front of the public shows the kind of level that TDP has stooped to in the recent past, a senior political observer commented.
More importantly, such senseless slurs and challenges like these can come back to haunt TDP brutally if the party loses the election again. Once the TDP loses, these videos will be trended and Lokesh and Chandrababu will be left clueless on how to respond to the same.
