Not often does a politician dominate the political space to an extent where the opposition leaders are reconsidering their options on which constituency to contest from in the assembly election. But thanks to Jagan, this situation is now being observed in Andhra Pradesh with Chandra Babu and Pawan Kalyan gasping for constituencies.
Though Chandra Babu is likely contest from Kuppam, he has second thoughts about the seat, it seems. The chances are that he might look for another safe seat in the Godavari districts so that even if he loses from Kuppam, he can have a backup option in some other constituency that is in favor of TDP.
Let alone aiming at CM position, Chandrababu is in a position where he is having to search for a safe seat to contest from in the election. Such has been the degree of the groundwork done in Kuppam by Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy under the instructions of Jagan Reddy.
As for Pawan Kalyan, he contested from Bhimavaram and Gajuwaka in the previous election and he is still mulling on which constituency to contest from in the coming election. He could stick to a seat in the Godavari district and pick some other segment in Seema, including Tirupati. He has reportedly left the call to Chandrababu who will commission a team to figure out the best constituency for Pawan.
