YS Sharmila is active in Andhra Pradesh politics these days and she is coming with a single point agenda and that is to take on her brother and the CM of AP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Speaking in a meeting today, Sharmila has made a very interesting comment as she claimed that she has equal share in Sakshi Media. She added that she has as much share as Jagan Mohan Reddy in Sakshi Media Group.
But after a Wikipedia search, we don't quite see the name of Sharmila in the ownership board of Sakshi media. The only was this debate can be settled is if we take a look at the election affidavit filed by Sharmila.
Well, Sharmila, despite being active in Telangana politics didn't contest from here. It has to be seen if she will contest in AP politics in the coming election. If she does, then she will have to convey her affidavit.
We can get a clear view if Sharmila really owns a share of Sakshi Media, and if yes, is it as substantial as Jagan. As things stand, Bharathi Reddy is named as the owner of Sakshi Media and Jagan is the face of the media outlet.
