Chandrababu Naidu was sent out on bail on medical grounds after the Andhra Pradesh High Court granted him bail on the 31st of October. But there was the restriction that CBN should not hold public meetings, speak on a phone with outsiders or speak with media.
But the first thing CBN did after he was let out of jail was speak with the media and claim how innocent he is in the case and how he deserves justice. He was also clicked while speaking on the phone with someone.
In this context, the government of Andhra Pradesh and the AP CID have filed a case, saying Naidu had indeed committed a contempt of court crime as he immediately spoke with media after the release and even took part in a rally while on his way to Undavalli.
Meanwhile, CBN's legal team argued that this statement from the AP government is an attempt to snap up the constitutional rights of Chandrababu Naidu.
The AP High Court completed the hearing on the case and the judgement on the same will be out tomorrow, 3rd November. The judgement is barely 24 hours from now. It has to be seen what will be the verdict given by the High Court.
