Controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has the knack of sticking to his points while making arguments and he certainly is one of the very best exponents of this craft.
Now, RGV has put another foot forward and has launched an all out attack on CBN and Lokesh. He is also occasionally targeting Pawan Kalyan with his social media attacks.
Incidentally, RGV has now shared a questionnaire in the context of CBN's arrest and this is leaving everyone amused as answering the same is a near impossible task for TDP supporters.
My straight 12 questions to all the people who are defending C B N in the skill scam case whether they are TDP people or non TDP people or other state leaders or whoever can I have straight bullet point one word answers to the following questions ? In a format of TRUE OR NOT ?
1. Agreements of skill scam case obtained by the investigation agencies are Bogus / Fake TRUE OR NOT ?
2.Has more than ₹ 300 Crores public money been given away based on the said fake agreements.? TRUE OR NOT ?
3. Were the rules violated and official objections ignored to release the tax payers money in the name of the Govt. of AP? TRUE OR NOT ?
4. Did the Seimens company itself deny both entering into agreement and acknowledging receipt of money ? TRUE OR NOT ?
5. Did Seimens company further commit that they never had such a scheme as 90% grants.

6. The officers of both AP Government and officials of Siemens have given statements under Sec 164 CrPC regarding the same before a judicial magistrate . TRUE OR NOT ?
7. Isn’t it the responsibility of the present government to find out where the peoples money went ? TRUE OR NOT ?
8. Isn’t it the responsibility of the present government to find out who pocketed the money ?

9. Isn’t it the responsibility of the present government to find out how more than rs 300 Crores has been broken down in parts and routed through several shell companies and mediators . TRUE OR NOT ?

Isn’t it the responsibility of the present government to find out just like in case of IT notices with regard to housing scam, whether the entire money has been delivered into the hands of CBN and associates through several shell companies and mediators like Yogesh Gupta, Manoj Vasudev Pardasany, etc., and through his PA Pendyala Srinivas.? TRUE OR NOT ?
11. Does the central agency ED who investigated and arrested 4 persons in the same case, tweeted the same , released press notes and also attached the properties of the accused , has any Political Vendatta ? TRUE OR NOT ?
12. Does the ACB court which spent 10 hours to ascertain prima facie and only after getting convinced by the prosecution ordered the remand of CBN . TRUE OR NOT ?
Given all the good work that RGV has been doing for Telugu Desam Party, perhaps it is time for Jagan to reward all the hard work. It is also known that RGV is doing a film titled Vyooham which is intended to be a pro-YCP film.
