Vallabhaneni Vamsi has been a firebrand leader for the YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh for a while now. He never lets anyone go by without getting a earful if they come at YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He is being used by Jagan to counter the argument of TDP troops. Now, TDP is trying its best to counter Vamsi in his own constituency of Gannavaram.
Now, Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu has indirectly confirmed the candidate who will be taking on Vallabhaneni Vamsi in the coming election.
A short while ago, TDP issued an official statement, saying that Yarlgadda Venkat Rao who recently left YSRCP to join TDP has been appointed as the Gannavaram in-charge of TDP.
This is an indirect confirmation that Yarlagadda will be fielded by TDP against Vamsi who is likely to contest from the same constituency on YCP ticket. So it will essentially be a change of parties for these two candidates in the coming election. Who will emerge victorious in this fight? We shall wai and see.
