Telugu Desam Party chief, Chandrababu Naidu, on a couple of occasions in the past had made comments about his prime minister candidature and stated that he rejected the post for the Telugu people in erstwhile Andhra Pradesh.
Now, Telugu Desam Party MLA Jaleel Khan too has made a similar comment as he claimed that Chandrababu had rehected rejected the PM post for the Telugu community.
"There was this one time when Chandrababu was offered the prime minister candidature position by the NDA while it was set to form the government in the center. But our leader rejected this offer as he wanted to serve the people of Andhra Pradesh. He rejected the post without any hesitation just for the sake of Telugu people" Jaleel said.
To put that into perspective, this very same Jaleel had made the headlines a while back by saying he studied Phsyics in B.Com course. Now, he is back it by saying CBN rejected the PM post for the Telugu people.
