CBN out to steal Kokapet credit. It is known that Kokapet when Telagana government made a whopping Rs3,300 crore on a single day in the auction of open plots. The real estate boom in Kokapet caught the attention of the entire nation. As the entire credit goes to the BRS government as it took investor-friendly decisions during its ten-year rule in the state after its formation, much to the shock of all, TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu started claiming the credit.
He is trying to steal the Kokapet credit from the current Telangana government saying he laid the foundation for Kokapet real estate. he claimed in the Chittoor meeting saying that at one time the land rate was Rs 20-30 K per acre and he planned the Formula One racing there. He said however, YSR stalled the proposal but later he had his way when he started the Knowledge Centre in Kokapet.
He said the Knowledge Centre developed Telangana and the Kokapet region with the developments of Pharma and IT sectors. But what Chandra Babu is forgetting is that it was the KCR government that took decisions to develop Telagnana and the entire region in all sectors.
