Subrahmanian Swamy exposes CBN, Pawan on TTD. It is known that TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan have been making sensational comments on the TTD. Subrahmanian Swamy speaking to scribes asked Chandra Babu and Pawan Kalyan to stop spreading lies on TTD and Srivani Trust.
He said Chandra Babu and Pawan Kalyan are making baseless allegations only to provoke the sentiments of Hindus in a deliberate manner. He rubbished Chandra Babu Naidu's claim that TTD and AP CM Jagan are promoting and propagating conversions into Christianity. He said Pawan Kalyan is also making similar charges.
Subrahmanian Swamy dared CBN and Pawan to substantiate their allegations with proof or else stop spreading lies in a blatant manner. Earlier YV.Subba Reddy, TTD Chairman also rubbished the allegations and warned of severe action. He said ’So far, the TTD has constructed 2,445 temples in the Southern states including Andhra Pradesh with the funds of Srivani Trust, besides repairing 250 ancient temples. Soon, we will release a white paper on Srivani Trust funds. There was no misappropriation of Srivani Trust funds. We are giving a receipt for every single rupee given by the donors. Legal action will also be initiated and cases will be filed against the leaders making false allegations against the Srivani Trust,”
Earlier Pawan Kalyan accused YSRCP of eyeing the properties of the temples. Stating that there was no receipt for a donation to Srivani Trust in Tirumala. Chandra Babu Naidu also made similar allegations on Srivani trust.
