The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy chaired a high level meeting with the IPAC team which is to look after his party, YSRC’s election campaign for the next election.
The meeting was held in a high capacity office at the chief minister’s camp office today and it was an elongated one.
The chief minister and the YSRC chief discussed the prospect of continuing the current slate of MLA and MP candidates for the next election and he also spoke at length about the openness to change of candidates in areas that need the change in personnel.
The meeting has given the chief minister a primary idea on the current political situation in Andhra Pradesh and Jagan will decide on whether or not to continue the current MLA and MP candidates for the next election based on this.
Jagan intends to announce the list of YCP candidates for the next election in the next few months and the final call on the same was taken today. The announcement of YCP candidates for the next election isn’t too far from now.
