The effect of the spellbinding victory of Jagan’s YCP in 2019 AP elections is such that the main opposition leaders Nara Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan are still searching for the constituencies to contest from in the next elections.
Lokesh lost from Mangalagiri in the last election and there is still uncertainty whether he will contest from Mangalagiri again or take another seemingly risk free segment to win at any cost this time.
Pawan had a failed debut in Bhimavaram and Gajuwaka. The chances are that he will be changing at least one, if not both the constituencies for the coming election.
Kakinada and Prathipadu are two constituencies that are in consideration for Pawan for the next election. The final call is yet to be taken though.
