Dastagiri approaches SC in the Vivekananda Reddy murder case. Another important development happened in the Vivekananda Reddy murder case. Dastagiri who turned approver in the murder case approached Supreme Court and it has to be seen what will be the repercussions.
It is known that MV.Krishna Reddy challenged Dastagiri's decision to turn approver in the case and after hearing his petition, Supreme Court sent notices to Dastagiri. Dastagiri approached SC and sought the help of the court to help him find a lawyer for him as he is not financially strong.
Supreme Court will be hearing the petition on Monday and it has to be seen what decision it will take regarding Dastagiri's petition. CBI has been going on record all the time that Vivekananda Reddy was murdered and a pre-planned conspiracy was hatched to eliminate him. It said accused Erra Gangireddy,Sunil Yadav, Uma Shankar Reddy,Dastagiri participated in the murder and Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy, his father Bhaskar Reddy, Shivshankar Reddy, Manohar Reddy and Erra Gangireddy destroyed the evidences.
Supreme Court's time for CBI to complete the investigation by June 30 ended and so CBI filed a chargesheet on the three key accused. However there is more than that meets the eye in this case and so all eyes are on Supreme Court and its decision tomorrow.
