CM Jagan delights Lawyers. CM Jagan is known to take care of all sections and all professions and endear himself to all. According to the latest, CM Jagan delighted the lawyers. It is known that Jagan announced YSR Law Nestham. As a part of it, CM Jagan released Rs. 6,12,65,000 towards the first tranche of YSR Law Nestham for 2023-24 benefiting 2,677 junior advocates. An amount of Rs.25,000 each, covering a 5-month period from February 2023, would be credited directly into their bank accounts.
After releasing the amounts at the click of a button, CM Jagan shared "YSR Law Nestham is intended to handhold junior advocates by helping them settle down in their profession in the initial three years after enrolment.AP is the only state in the country that has been implementing Law Nestham to help junior advocates,The second tranche would be released in December."
Under this program, the Government will pay a stipend of Rs 6000 every year for lawyers for three years. Jagan expressed confidence saying "The Government wants the benefiting junior advocates to stand by the poor during their practice. My fond hope is that the advocates would transfer the good to the poor people,"
Junior advocates from various districts who benefited from the scheme interacted with CM Jagan virtually and they thanked him for the new initiative.
