Infosys Vizag to turn operational. Prominent city Vizag in Andhra Pradesh will be getting a shot in the arm when IT giant Infosys will starts is operations soon. Reports are coming that Infosys will be starting its operations in Vizag on June 28. Sources shared "A building with basic infrastructure at hill no. 2 has been completed at the IT SEZ, Rushikonda. giant Infosys will start operations from its Visakhapatnam premises on June 28"
The source added "The company will initially start with 650 employees and later add 1,000 more. The company has already invited people working in enterprise applications, software development, and IT-enabled services to join the company ". With Vizag all set to become the state capital, Infosys is planning to expand its wings and increase its operations.
AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy laid the foundation to for Adani Data Centre on May 3 which would be established at a cost of Rs 14,634 crore. This will provide employment for more than 25000 people. Vizag will see massive growth in IT sector as many IT giants like Wipro, Microsoft, IBM, and TCS are getting ready to start offices in the city and start their operations. The company representatives already met CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and held discussions regarding the same.
