Students sing praises of CM Jagan. It is known that CM Jagan a couple of days back kickstarted the new academic year with Jagannanna Vidya Deevena. Right after the start of the new academic year with Jagannanna Vidya Deevena, students of the Government schools were handed over the school kits comprising uniforms, textbooks, Telugu English translation material, a dictionary, and also shoes.
However, opposition parties like Chandra Babu Naidu's TDP and Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena started mocking the scheme saying it is only a publicity stunt and promoting it ahead of the elections using school children for party activities and troubling school children making them stand in the scorching sun.
In the midst of all this, when scribes contacted school children, many of them sang praises of CM Jagan. They said right on the first day, all the students were handed over the school kits. They claimed that they are of high-quality material and claimed that their last year's uniform also looked good even now. They added that they are from an economically backward class and their parents couldn't afford to purchase even shoes leavealone a uniform.
They said many are competing to join government schools but admissions in most of them are closed. They claimed that during Chandra Babu Naidu's rule, they did not get any such things in government schools and added that even if Pawan Kalyan becomes CM, he cannot continue the program.
