Suitha Reddy, daughter of YS. Vivekananda Reddy who has suspected foul play in her father's murder has been fighting a legal battle in the courts seeking the cancellation of Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy. She had been arguing that Avinash Reddy if permitted to roam freely outside will influence the witnesses in the case.
The other day while hearing the arguments, when Sunitha Reddy tried to put her points and expressed her desire to argue her own case, Supreme Court asked her to come with an experienced lawyer as the case has many technical aspects and adjourned the hearing to 19 June.
Now, Sunitha Reddy got the good news and according to it, Supreme Court which heard the case gave key directions. In its directions, it permitted either Sunitha Reddy or her lawyers along with CBI PP can work in the case. However, the court put the restrictions that all these proceedings will be under its framework.
Apart from, it, the court increased the remand for the six accused in the court. They are Erra Gangireddy, Sunil Yadav,Sankar Reddy, YS.Bhaskar Reddy,Udaya Bhaskar Reddy and Uma Shankar Reddy. Their remand ended today but the court gave a shock to them.
