TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu was taken aback by YSRC chief YS Jagan's call to sweep all 175 MLA constituencies in Andhra Pradesh. Jagan had propelled his party troops to sweep even CBN's own constituency of Kuppam in the coming general election.
In this context, Chandrababu has started to take evasive action against the super aggressive stance taken by Jagan and his party men in the Kuppam constituency. He appears to have learnt a lesson after losing Kuppam municipal elections by an alarming margin to YCP not so long ago.
Now, Chandrababu is set o start a new spree from Kuppam starting very soon, say reports. Apparently, he will start his election campaign from Kuppam constituency starting soon. He has called TDP seniors to meet him in Kuppam and he will design the exoskeleton for TDP's election campaign from here.
There are reports that Naidu could commission the first major public addressal ahead of 2024 elections in Kuppam. He is likely to announce a bunch of freebies and schemes in this Kuppam meeting. The stage is being prepared for the same.
With the recently released TDP manifesto already becoming a laughing stock for the fact that it is merely an amalgamation of free schemes in other states, Naidu's flurry of announcements that are to be made in Kuppam have become a topic of discussion in AP political circles.
