Congress Legislature Party leader Bhatti Vikramarka lashed out at the BRS government for boasting of bringing thousands of crores investments through TSiPASS at the cost of giving away a platter of valuable lands worth lakhs of crores to MNCs.
“Minister K T Ramarao would visit US, Singapore and other countries to attract investments and then come back to identify valuable lands in Hyderabad and forcibly get the poor living in those lands vacated and handover those lands to the MNCs,” he said.
“But people were in despair as they were taken for a ride and exploited under the BRS rule and they have nothing to feel enthusiastic about Telangna Dashabdhi celebrations of State formation. So the State government allocated Rs.200 crore to spend on celebrations and create an illusion that people were happy, Mr.Bhatti said in a media conference at Avusatikunda in Atchampeta constituency on Day 77 of his Padayatra on Thursday,” he alleged.
The BRS government has not keep its promise of giving one job for each family, double bed room houses, irrigation facility to one lakh acres in every constituency, free education from KG to PG in English medium. In turn, it took a debt of Rs.5 lakh crores, Bhatti said.
