Telugu Desam Party is all set for Mahanadu meeting on Saturday and Sunday in Vemagiri, close to Rajamahendravaram. It will take place in a 38 acre land, and it is anticipated that 15 to 20 lakh people would attend. For 320 TDP leaders to stand on the podium, arrangements are being readied. On the other side, the ceremony will also commemorate TDP founder Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao's 100th birthday. The TDP anticipates that by holding this Mahanadu, it would improve its position in the Godavari district and take home the majority of seats in the next elections.
