The Jagananne Maa Bhavishyattu program, launched recently, is one of the initiatives that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan regards as close to his heart. Under this program, party leaders, MLAs, volunteers etc., visit the people in their respective constituencies and explain the welfare benefits that they are entitled to receive. A sticker is attached to the door of the house to signify the welfare benefits the household is receiving, and missed calls are encouraged to show support for the party.
Initially, some MLAs were skeptical about how much people would cooperate with the program, but the response has been overwhelming. The program has garnered good support across the state since its launch on 7th April. As of now, the survey of 84 lakh families has been completed, and party leaders have explained the schemes under YS Jagan government's rule. The program has received incredible support from people, with more than 63 lakh missed calls in support of the YSRCP government.
Chief Minister Jagan lauded the administration for providing welfare schemes and initiatives implemented over the last 46 months. The party leaders and volunteers are explaining the differences between the current government and the previous TDP government through pamphlets. The program has been well-received by the people, and some have gone to great lengths to show their support. For instance, Biravolu Siva, a farmer from Kandikayapalle village in Panyam mandal of Nandyal district, plowed his field with a tiller that had a sticker of Chief Minister YS Jagan attached to it.
Recently, under the program, the convenors of the Griha Sarathulu Secretariat visited Shiva's village. They asked permission to paste the sticker outside the farmer's house, and he felt privileged to have the picture of his favorite leader in his home. Overall, this unique program has been well-received and has garnered strong support from the people of Andhra Pradesh which has stunned YSRCP MLAs and proved how much confidence Jagan has in himself.
