Superstars Mohanlal and Mammootty Reunite After Two Decades for Pan-India Project

A pan-Indian film project, poised to redefine Malayalam cinema history, has commenced shooting in Sri Lanka. The film, directed by Mahesh Narayanan, brings together superstars Mohanlal and Mammootty on screen after a two-decade hiatus. This multi-starrer also features prominent actors like Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, and Nayanthara, making it one of the most anticipated projects in the industry.

The film was officially launched with a lamp-lighting ceremony led by Mohanlal. Co-producers Subhash George Manuel and C.R. Saleem also participated in the ceremony, marking the beginning of this ambitious project.

Produced by Anto Joseph in collaboration with co-producers C.R. Saleem and Subhash George Manuel, the film boasts a stellar cast and crew. The story is penned by Mahesh Narayanan himself, with Rajesh Krishna and C.V. Sarathi serving as executive producers. The film features a talented ensemble cast, including Ranji Panicker, Rajeev Menon, Danish Husain, Shaheen Siddique, Sanal Aman, Revathy, Darshana Rajendran, and Prakash Belawadi. Renowned Bollywood cinematographer Manush Nandan is handling the film's visuals.

The production design is by Joseph Nellikkal, with makeup by Ranjith Ambady, costumes by Dhanya Balakrishnan, and production control by Dixon Poduthas. Leena Antony and Phantom Praveen are the chief associate director and associate director, respectively.

The film will be shot extensively across various locations, including Sri Lanka, London, Abu Dhabi, Azerbaijan, Thailand, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Kochi, with a 150-day shooting schedule. ANN Mega Media will handle the film's distribution.

This pan-Indian project, with its star-studded cast and talented crew, is generating immense excitement and is expected to create a new chapter in Malayalam cinema history.
