We all should work towards inclusion of Blind Cricket in Paralympics: TG Vishwa Prasad

Blind cricket is a version of the sport of cricket adapted for blind and partially sighted players. It has been governed by the World Blind Cricket Council (WBCC).

Tollywood producer TG Vishwa Prasad is promoting its cause in the United States. Recently, the North America Seemandhra Association (NASAA) organized a cricket match between the India National Blind Cricket Team and the Seattle Thunderbolts in Seattle. Vishwa Prasad, in his capacity as the CEO of People Tech Group, attended the match as the chief guest. Mahantesh, President of the Blind Cricket Board, expressed gratitude to Vishwa Prasad for his hospitality in Seattle.

Speaking on the occasion, the producer of films like 'The Raja Saab' and 'BRO', said, "We should make every effort to include blind cricket in the Paralympics."

The event was also graced by Consulate General of India Prakash Gupta, Washington Senator Derrick, House Representative Vandana Slater, Bhaskar Gangipamula, Ram Paluri, Vikram Garlapati, Ravinder Reddy Sadhu, Jaipal Reddy, Ravindra Guram, Subba Rao Kalagara, Subbu Kandakattu, Venkat Chilakala, Ashok Galla, Nanda Gajula, Venkat Kanumuri, and Satish Gottumukkala, among others. Volunteers for the event included Sunkari Sriram, Venkatesh Attipalli, Ram Uggirala, Rakesh Konada, Vinod Parna, Rajasekhar Chowdary, Srikanth Mogarala, Soma Jagadish, Janardhan Chekka, Sashi Yajju, and Maruthi Ekkali, among others.

On the film front, People Media Factory awaits the release of 'Swag' on October 4 and 'Viswam' on October 11. Recently, a forest-based love drama titled 'Mowgli' was announced with Roshan Kanakala as the hero. 'Mirai' and many others are being produced by the banner.
