Producer Venu Donepudi of Chitralayam Studios is making Gopichand's 32nd film on a prestigious scale. He is joined by People Media Factory and director Sreenu Vaitla. Titled 'Viswam', the film's Teaser is out.
The film's First Strike, released a few months ago, made everyone believe that the film would be out-and-out action-driven. Director Vaitla has packed a comedic punch, complete with his style of a quirky episode set in a train. Vennela Kishore plays an idiosyncratically violent guy in this rib-tickling episode that also features VTV Ganesh (a stand-in for Venu Madhav from 'Venky') and Pragathi. VK Naresh and Sunil, Rahul Ramakrishna and Raghu Karamanchi, Ajay Ghosh and Shakalaka Shankar, and others are also seen.
Gopi Mohan is penning the screenplay. KV Guhan and Chaitan Bharadwaj are the director of photography and music director, respectively. With the action scenes composed by Ravi Verma and Dinesh Subbarayan, the film stars Kavya Thapar (recently seen in 'Double iSmart') as the heroine. The film has Krithi Prasad as the Creative Producer. Co-produced by Vivek Kuchibotla, 'Viswam' is edited by Amar Reddy Kudumula. Kiran Kumar Manne is the art director.
The film will hit the screens on October 11.
