Nara Rohit's 20th film has been titled 'Sundarakanda'. Billed as a fun-filled rom-com packed with many colorful nuances, the film is helmed by Venkatesh Nimmalapudi.
The Teaser opens with an introduction to Siddharth, played by Rohit. He finds it challenging to stay in a happy mood for more than five straight minutes. Nothing much goes well in his life. An aged bachelor, he faces ridicule, with the potential alliances (brides) suspecting him of having some or the other 'lopam'. His father, played by VK Naresh, is embarrassed of him. The Teaser ends with a hint that Siddharth has a secret past. "I am not convinced that he will remain a bachelor for the rest of his life," Raghu Babu's character declares.
Starring Sridevi Vijakykumar, Vriti Vaghani, Vasuki Anand and others, the film also features comedian Satya, Ajay, VTV Ganesh, Abhinav Gomatham Viswant, Rupa Lakshmi, Sunaina, Raghu Babu, Amrutham Vasu, and Adhurs Raghu. Produced by Santhosh Chinnapolla, Gowtham Reddy and Rakesh Mahankalli, the film's music is by Leon James.
