Nandamuri Balakrishna has teamed up with Boyapati Sreenu for the fourth time. Producers Raam Achanta and Gopi Achanta of 14 Reels Plus have joined hands with presenter Tejeswini Nandamuri for the prestigious movie.
'Simha' in 2010, 'Legend' in 2014, and 'Akhanda' in 2021 were the first three films of the director-actor duo. All three films are counted among the best mass films in the history of Telugu cinema. Their 4th movie together is going to enjoy the hype.
The announcement poster, put out today by the makers on the occasion of Balayya's birthday, is rich in devotional vibes. A gigantic chariot wheel is placed in an isolated area and the numeric '4' has a Rudraksha 'mala' tied around it. One hopes the film goes beyond the usual tropes associated with mass action dramas that borrow religious symbolism on a superficial level.
The makers are yet to announce the cast and crew details. The film will go on the floors later this year.
Balayya's next theatrical release is with writer-director Bobby Kolli. Produced by Sithara Entertainments' S Naga Vamsi, it will be released in Telugu and Hindi prominently.
