The trailer launch event of 'Manamey' was held today in Hyderabad at AAA Cinemas. The family entertainer is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad on People Media Factory.
Speaking on the occasion, actor Sharwanand said, "This time, we are in for a guaranteed blockbuster. Take it from me! Two years have passed since my last film hit the theatres. 'Manamey' is going to be a magical blockbuster. It will be a celebration in theatres on June 7. I am dedicating 'Manamey' to all the parents out there. I am confident that this one will gross better than 'Shatamanam Bhavathi' in theatres. I was supposed to do a couple of movies in two years under People Media Factory. Due to some reasons, I took a gap. 'Run Raja Run' had a special vibe. In terms of my look, 'Manamey' is as fresh as that."

The filmmakers emphasized that 'Manamey' features a relatable, down-to-earth story, not a fantastical plot. Sharwanand pointed out that classic blockbusters like 'Kushi' and 'Murari' thrived on the tension between the lead characters. Incidentally, 'Manamey', too, incorporates this element.
