Producers Dinesh Yadav and Pushpak Jain on Thursday unveiled the Teaser for their upcoming release, 'Fighter Raja'. Raamz, a stylist by profession, is fronting the movie. Directed by Krishna Prasad Vathyam, the teaser launch event was held in the presence of Vishwak Sen.
Speaking at the event, guest and 'Balagam' director Venu Yeldandi said that Raamz is a hardworking stylist. "I have known him since 2004. He is extremely passionate. He comes with no background. He is stubborn. He acquired financial muscle before chasing his dream of becoming a hero. He never let his dream die. Vishwak Sen was telling me the teaser shows Chandrasekhar Yeleti's style of filmmaking," Venu said.
Vishwak Sen said, "Raamz has styled several celebs. He styled me for 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi'. He wanted me to look a certain way. 'Fighter Raja' looks fresh in every way. I am reminded of the Yeleti style. This Summer, I hope this film finds a solo release date!"
Raamz said that his character in 'Fighter Raja' offers solutions to all sorts of problems. "I hope you all like the teaser. I have wanted to become a hero right from childhood. This film has been made with so much effort. I thank my producers and director. We are a young team who worked with minimal resources. I am confident that my name will be remembered by the audience," the lead actor added.
Starring Maya Krishnan (of 'Vikram' fame) as the heroine, the film also features Tanikella Bharani, Shiva Nandhu, Roshan, Thagubothu Ramesh, and Satya Prakash. Sridhar Kakileti’s cinematography and Smaran Sai’s background score look appropriate for the genre. Runway Films has also worked with editors Harishankar and Avanti Ruya. The production design has been done by Rohan Singh, while art direction is by Bala Krishna.
