'Maa Oori Raja Reddy' is the title of an upcoming movie starring Nihan and Vaishnavi Kamble in the lead roles. Directed by Ravi Basara, the film is produced by Rajitha Ravinder Erra and Sunitha Venkataramana on RS Movie Makers. Its theatrical release is on March 1.
At the film's Trailer launch event, former Union Minister Venugopal Chary said that the title reminds him of Late Raja Reddy. "The director is bringing before us the story of Raja Reddy in detail. The story is about Raja Reddy's struggle in the arena of politics. It is a pleasure to make this film as a testament to his goodness," he said.
Producer Venkataramana said that the film was shot in and around Nirmal. "The blessings of the audience must be with us," he added.
Lead actor Nihan said that his mother encouraged him to become an actor. "I would like to thank our director and producer for selecting me for this film. Actress Vaishnavi did her part so well. We worked very hard and made the film in beautiful locations," he added.
Director Ravi Basara opted for locations like Gopal Thanda, Gandi Ramanna Devasthanam, Kadem Haritha Haram Project and Nirmal. Erra Ravinder, Rajini, Aitha Venkataramana, R Prabhudas, Radhika, Kumar, Kotagiri Narasiah Chari, and Kotte Chandrasekhar are part of the cast.
