Macho Star Gopichand’s action entertainer 'Bhimaa' will hit the screens on March 8. Director A Harsha and producer KK Radhamohan of Sri Sathya Sai Arts, the film's Trailer launch event was held today.
Speaking on the occasion, actor Gopichand said that he has been presented on screen in an extraordinary way. "A Harsha is going to be a star director in Telugu. Producer KK Radhamohan garu has ensured the best. Cinematographer Swami J Gowda is such a calm person and his craft is outstanding. Malvika Sharma and Priya Bhavani Shankar have played strong characters as female leads. I appreciate their talent. My scenes with VK Naresh garu are going to be a laugh riot. Raghu Babu garu, Saptagri and others are going to entertain the audience," Gopichand said.
Director Harsha said that Gopichand is a wonderful, sweet-hearted person. He thanked the producer and the technical team (especially the art director, the music director and the cinematographer) on the occasion. "Please don't wait for 'Bhimaa' to come out on OTT. This is a pure theatrical experience," Harsha said.
Producer KK Radhamohan said that 'KGF' and 'Salaar' composer Ravi Basrur deserves a special mention. "He is not here today because he is busy composing the re-recording. I am grateful to him for doing our movie. VK Naresh garu did this film on a priority basis. He loved the subject so much. The comedy track involving Vennela Kishore, Saptagiri and others is going to be entertaining. This Maha Shivaratri, may Lord Shiva's blessings be upon us," the producer said.
Comedian Saptagiri said that the resounding punch on March 8 is not going to be ordinary. "Gopichand anna's 'oochakotha' (massacre, used as a metaphor for box-office rampage) is going to begin. These days, films with a divine element are becoming huge hits. 'HanuMan' is an example. This film is reinventing Gopichand anna's mass image," the artist said.
Production designer Ramana Vanka said that 'Bhimaa' is a milestone in his career. "I have done many films before this. But 'Bhimaa' will always be special," he added.
