The Indian social media scene has been flooded with an Ad related to a men's sexual healthcare brand. Because it features a popular Bollywood actor and a globally renowned male porn star as brothers. Ranveer Singh and the American pornographic actor Johnny Sins are the ones we are talking about. The latter's wife is dissatisfied and wants to move out of the house. That's the premise of the naughty, spoofy Ad.
The Ad is a parody of melodramatic Hindi TV serials. "This is a brilliant way to use a celebrity in an ad. Not only does it use Ranveer Singh and Johnny Sins in a totally unexpected (and hilarious) way using the much-derided Indian TV series trope, but it also makes the product category far more accessible to a wider set of people beyond it being used in hushed tones," wrote Karthik (@beastoftraal).
"Ranveer Singh just set the internet ablaze with his latest ad feat. Johnny Sins for his sexual wellness brand! A hilarious twist on 'saas-bahu' dramas, the Ad cleverly addresses sexual health issues with the punchline 'His Johnny can't sin' (sic)," wrote a Twitter user.
Johnny Sins is based in Las Vegas. He is married to his fellow porn star Kissa Sins.
