'Salaar', which will hit the screens on December 22, will feature a slew of massive action scenes involving hundreds of vehicles. Director Prashanth Neel and actor Prabhas expect that the scenes will emerge as a stunning highlight of the event film.
"Over 750 different vehicles including jeeps, tanks, trucks, etc were procured for the shoot of 'Salaar', as there is a lot of on-ground action in the movie. As big as any big war sequence of any Hollywood movie," says someone close to the development.
The film, produced on a humongous budget by Hombale Films, stars Shruti Haasan as the heroine. Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu and others are part of the cast. Ravi Basrur is its music director.
'Salaar' will have a second part. However, as per the latest rumour in the town, the 'KGF' director has done away with the idea of the second part. If this is true, it has to be seen how 'Salaar' will be concluded. The audience will have to be given a high and all questions unanswered within the scope of a single film in that case.
