Two of Vijay Deverakonda's most memorable films are 'Pelli Choopulu' (2016) and 'Arjun Reddy' (2017). Tharun Bhascker and Sandeep Reddy Vanga, respectively, directed it. Vijay's fans have always wished that their favourite hero would reunite with the two filmmakers ASAP. One of the reunions was today confirmed by the 'Kushi' actor himself.
"Tharun and I have locked a script. Our film will happen quite soon," the 'Arjun Reddy' star said.
The director is busy promoting 'Keedaa Cola', his upcoming release in theatres. The comedy caper, co-starring Brahmanandam and Chaitanya Rao Madadi, will hit the screens on November 3.
Tharun is also slated to do a film with Victory Venkatesh. "I have always found it hard to write the climax. I am penning the second half of the film (with Venkatesh) with care. If something goes wrong, the media will be the first one to write me off by saying that I am incapable of doing good films with big stars. That's why I am extra cautious," Tharun said recently.
Vijay's 'Family Star' will hit the screens on January 13 or 14, 2024. Directed by 'Geetha Govindam' fame Parasuram Petla, it is produced by Dil Raju and Shirish.
