Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor is one of the busiest actors in Indian cinema and he is eagerly awaiting the release of Animal, which is directed by our very own Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film is releasing on the 1st of December.
Now, on a personal note, Ranbir has been dealt with a major shock as he has received the notice from Enforcement Directorate to appear in front of them in a betting app scam. He was notified to appear for investigation on the 10th of October at the ED office in Mumbai.
Mahadev betting app scam has been rattling the Bollywood industry and its actors for a while now. As many as 18 A-lister Bollywood actors, including Ranbir are named in the scam.
Ranbir is set to be investigated on the money laundering charges which is a pretty serious allegation. He is ordered to appear in front of ED officials for investigation on the 10th of this month.
There are reports that the ED plans to investigate several other elite-league names of Bollywood in the near future and investigate the betting app scam thoroughly. More details in this regard are awaited for now.
