Marking the birthday of Mollywood star hero Fahadh Faasil, Mythri Movie Makers on Tuesday unveiled a stylish poster featuring the birthday boy. Director Sukumar is glamourizing the ego-centric cop in the film. 'Pushpa 2', as per the makers, is going to feature Fahadh in a vengeful role.
"Team 'Pushpa: The Rule' wishes the massively talented Fahadh Faasil a very Happy Birthday. Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat Sir will be back on the big screens with vengeance (sic)," the makers wrote.
Fahadh, known for top-rated Malayalam films like 'Trance', 'C U Soon', 'Kumbalangi Nights', and 'Bangalore Days', was most recently seen as Rathnavelu in the Tamil movie 'Maamannan'. After its OTT release, his performance has been celebrated by Netizens. The film is streaming on OTT as 'Naayakudu' in Telugu.
'Pushpa 2', headlined by Allu Arjun, will hit the screens in April or May 2024. The 'Rangasthalam' director is yet to shoot about 60% of the pan-India flick. With music by Devi Sri Prasad, the film has Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine.
