Trivikram has delivered laughable lines after pocketing Rs 15 Cr

'BRO' has got screenplay and dialogues written by Trivikram. Apparently, he was paid Rs 15 Cr as remuneration for his services. In fact, producer TG Vishwa Prasad didn't deny this figure when he was asked about the same in a recent interview. This might indicate that the 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' director has indeed been paid a bomb by People Media Factory.

But the quality of writing in 'BRO' is hardly moving. Only a few situations move the audience in the second half. No scene has been elevated to the next level through dialogue.

This is shocking, considering the rare nature of the subject. Trivikram is a literature-obsessed person, we are told. How come such a writer, who is described as a lifelong student, did not use the opportunity to deliver solid philosophical insights through Pawan Kalyan's character?

Instead, we have been offered dialogues like this one: 'Hall lo shirt vippocchu. Bedroom lo pant vippocchu. Bathroom lo underwear kooda vippocchu. Kaani veedini yekkada vippalo teliyadu'. What does this even mean?

Maybe, Trivikram has been working too much. Besides doing 'Guntur Kaaram' and writing Rana Daggubati's 'Hiranyakashyapa', he has been engaged with multiple projects at Fortune Four Cinemas, a banner his wife Sai Sounjaya runs along with Sithara Entertainments. But then, no excuses can be given when your remuneration is Rs 15 Cr.
