Very soon, Disney+ Hotstar is going to stream a web series titled 'Dayaa'. The crime thriller has been led by JD Chakravarthy. The actor has started promoting the web show.
JD, who is known for quite a few remarkable movies in the 1990s, is surely going to face questions about how he was nearly poisoned to death by a dear person in the 2000s. In a recent interview, JD revealed that he was given a poisonous concoction for eight months by a person he had no reason to suspect of conspiracy. Due to the slow poison caused by the concoction, JD developed breathing issues. He had to move heaven and earth to be able to get to the bottom of the problem.
After several doctors failed to diagnose the root cause of his breathlessness, the actor consulted a doctor who made him go through a couple of unique tests.
The tests revealed that JD had been poisoned. He had been consuming the concoction served by a family member (allegedly) for almost eight months.
The whole experience left him depressed and devastated. JD kept the issue under wraps for many years. Only a couple of dear persons in his life knew about it. He opened up about the past in a recent interview, only to go back to work. There are speculations about who JD was victimized by. During the 'Dayaa' promotions, expect the media to ask him about the whole nightmarish past.
