'Indian 2' has been in the making since 2019. Its release date is finally known, thanks to its producer.
As per Udayanidhi Stalin, the Shankar directorial is most likely going to be released in theatres in April 2024.
The film, as per Stalin, has turned out to be extraordinary. Kamal Haasan is happy about the output, he added.
What is more, 'Indian 3' is also at the ideation level.
After watching a few scenes of 'Indian 2', the 'Vikram' actor wrote that Shankar has reached the highest level of his artistic life.
Reacting to his compliment on Wednesday, Shankar wrote, "My heart is filled with gratitude and joy sir. I will never stop giving it my best! And needless to say, your performance and presence brought an essential essence to the film. Thank you for the token to commemorate this very special moment. I will cherish this feeling."
Shankar is also doing 'Game Changer' with Ram Charan.
