Director Siddharth Anand of 'Pathaan' and 'War' fame is enjoying the best phase of his career. After the phenomenal success of 'Pathaan', he is wielding the megaphone for 'Fighter', the big-scale action movie starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. He is one of its producers. In terms of remuneration and share in profits, he is going to mop up more than Rs 150 Cr.
Besides, Anand is also going to do 'Tiger vs Pathaan', one of the biggest-ever Indian movies. It will star Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. As its director, Anand is expected to receive a startling amount of remuneration running into about Rs 120 Cr.
Flush with working capital and enough money, he is producing 'Rambo', 'Krrish 4' and a project featuring the Shah Rukh Khan-Suhana Khan duo. The latter two will be produced by Anand in collaboration with others.
The 'Pathaan' maker is also in talks with the streaming giant, Netflix, for a production featuring Saif Ali Khan.
Going by these, Anand is believed to be bigger than Rajamouli in terms of revenue generation and net worth. The stature of his production house, Marflix Pictures, is growing exponentially this year. Its association with giants such as Yash Raj Films and Viacom18 Studios is fetching humongous dividends.
