'Arthamainda Arun Kumar' is the title of a new show from Aha Video. Harshith Reddy of 'Loser 2' (streaming on ZEE5) and 'Taragathi Gadhi Daati' (streaming on Aha) fame is headlining the show.
Directed by Jonathan Edwards, its story is set in the backdrop of a corporate office. Harshith plays Munda Arun Kumar, whose surname is a source of ridicule. "I am not Munda but Mundha," he says in an intro video with a tinge of low self-esteem. As someone who hails from Amalapuram, Arun Kumar finds it hard to adjust to the demands of a taxing corporate job riddled with deadlines and language issues. Hobbled by presentations et al, he finds succor in a female employee he crushes on.
Starring '30 Weds 21' fame Ananya Sharma in a key role, the show has Tejaswi Madivada of 'Ice Cream' fame playing a prominent part.
Produced by Arre Studio and Laughing Cow Productions, 'AAK' will likely stream later this month or early July.
