Key details about pan-India film Hanu-Man's release made official

'Hanu-Man' was supposed to be released in theatres on May 12. However, it was postponed. The pan-India film's new release date will be finalized in the first week of July.

The film, starring Teja Sajja, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Vinay Rai, has been delayed due to the pending VFX works. "Of the 1600 VFX shots, only 1000 have been rendered so far. Expect the remaining 600 shots to be rendered in about a month. At this rate, we will be able to finalize the movie's release date in early July," director Prashanth Varma said.

What happened to the plan to release it in foreign languages? "The plan is very much on. SS Rajamouli garu's advice is that the Indian languages release must happen, followed by a release in foreign languages about a month after that. The spacing will make promotions viable," the 'Zombie Reddy' director said.

The film belongs to a larger superhero franchise. A few characters from 'Hanu-Man' will appear in 'Adhira'. For the unversed, 'Adhira' stars Kalyan Dasari in the lead. Kalyan is the son of 'RRR' producer DVV Danayya.
