Mahesh Babu has confirmed a new film. No, he won't be the male lead. He will be its producer.
On Thursday, the charming actor put out a glowing review of 'Mem Famous' on Twitter. The film will hit the cinemas on May 26 (Friday). In his post, Mahesh was particularly in praise of debutant actor Sumanth Prabhas' talent. The youngster is also the film's writer and director.
Mahesh's tweet made Sarath Chandra, one of the producers of 'Mem Famous', make a proposal. He politely asked the 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' actor if he would like to co-produce a movie with Sumanth Prabhas on GMB Entertainment.
Mahesh, at this, wrote that he would very much like to encourage Sumanth, the new kid on the bloc. "I will be more than happy to back this young talent," Mahesh wrote.
Looks like Sarath Chandra of Chai Bisket Films and Mahesh wanted to create buzz for 'Mem Famous' by making this announcement publicly. Everything went as per a plan!
